Feedback workshop giving and receiving constructive comments

Our feedback workshop learns participants how to distinguish feedback from criticism. Criticism is one way traffic. Therefore potentially dis-empowering thus creating pressure. Feedback is a constructive two way conversation. The common goal is to learn and grow together. Learning the skills required to give and receive feedback is a bit like learning a new language. It requires practice as well as competence and sensitivity. The result of this process is more energy and an improved working atmosphere. Our program will provide you with the required skill set to do so. Start this exciting journey with our workshop or go for the 8 hour feedback training. With the feedback master class we provide also two meetings afterwards to strengten the new way of giving and receiving constructive comments.

Are the activities COVID-19 proof?	The team building activities are outside with healthy participants. We redesigned the activities this summer to a COVID-19 proof form. The prescribed measurement of 1,5m was of course in the beginning a challenge, but when you look to the movie (https://www.teambuilding4teams.com) we can guarantee that it is a real team building. The other measurements of being in a ventilated place like a big factory storage or outside in the open air: • We take the guidelines of the government for granted and of course the additional wishes of your organisation and participants. • It is only possible to accomplish the teambuilding activities when you keep the distance of 1,5 meter. • We prefer to do the activities outside if this is a challenge, we will do them inside in a spacey room will change the focus from being active to out of the box thinking and optimal collaboration. On the page ‘teambuilding corona proof’ you can find six short movies with how it will look like. We follow the updates about COVID-19 closely and if necessary, change our precautions.
