Communication Styles online course
Where one of your colleagues looks for quick results, another prefers thoroughness. A third wants to build relationships, while yet another has his mind set on motivating people. These style preferences are present in a well-cooperating team. In this online course – using video calling – the Team4Teams facilitator will explain (in text to read, in video and live) the four main styles of communication as well as show you how to interact effectively with all four styles. We offer to take time in 5 sessions of 2 hours and some individual tasks for the time between, to get to understand on the job and in a practical way your colleagues and their preferred communication styles. Most of us use different styles of communication. Often, our communication style depends upon the situation itself – what style will work best under these circumstances? On top of that every person has a specific and preferred focus.
